Let us begin by saying that everyone at Preferred Hearing Centers hopes you had a fantastic holiday experience.

We know some of you may have had to adapt your celebrations this year, but we’re looking forward to hearing all your stories when you next speak to us!

It’s true that 2020 didn’t go exactly how we anticipated, but there are so many reasons to be optimistic about 2021!

We honestly can’t wait to have care-free catch-ups with friends and family.

However, throughout the pandemic, the team has also revolutionized the way we operate to bring you a range of secure, non-contact care options, no matter the situation.

To ensure your devices are working at their optimum ability, we offer Hearing Aid Repairs, which gives you access to expert support and assistance, allowing a professional eye to look into your hearing aid.

Our team also operates a strict cleaning policy in-between appointments and have minimized waiting times, guaranteeing your visit is both efficient and safe. So you can be sure our clinic is squeaky clean!

As a result, there are now more ways to get specialist hearing care solutions than ever before.

But the thought of seeing our office full of people once again – potentially in 2021 – fills everyone with joy, and for us, that day can’t come soon enough!

If you would like to book an appointment or find out more about how we can assist you, call our friendly team at 407-499-8328 (East Orlando), 407-329-9486 (South Orlando), 407-942-7715 (Winter Springs).

Why 2020 Was a Great Year For Healthy Hearing

If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s changed how we view life and its predictability. Quite frankly, it will be a remarkable turning point in history.

There’s certainly been lots of bumps and turns but overall, there have been massive achievements made in the world of hearing care.

For example, the widespread use of face masks has identified otherwise concealed issues, meaning those with minor hearing loss issues are getting themselves checked out earlier.

As hearing care experts, this is groundbreaking as it often takes many people over eight years to schedule their first hearing assessment.

Now, more than ever, we urge you to have your hearing tested. Our comprehensive hearing assessments are backed by years of experience and is driven by education, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of what is causing your discomfort.

We all regularly have our teeth checked, our eyes tested, and a regular physical.  Why not have our hearing tested also?

Who am I?

It’s true to say that many of you enjoyed our holiday game in last month’s newsletter, and everyone at the office loved your feedback.

So to lift all our spirits, we decided to run another game, “Who am I?”, where you need to guess the person using the clues below:

1) I was born in Waco, Texas in 1945 and later moved to California with my family.

2) I went on to become a well-known comedian, making appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Saturday Night Live, which I have hosted 15 times in total.

3) Alongside stand-up routines, I had a successful career as a writer and actor, starring in Roxanne, LA Story, and Cheaper by the Dozen.

4) More recently, I’ve been touring with my friend and fellow comedian Martin Short, providing audiences with an evening full of laughs.

Think you know who I am? Click reply on this email and tell us your best guesses!
