But after receiving successful treatment, Huey’s thinking about making a comeback.
“I’m hoping to recover my hearing so we can get the band back together and play live,” he said in a recent NPR interview.

But today, many celebrities, including Halle Berry, Barbra Streisand, Rob Lowe, and Robert Redford, have revealed their conditions and journeys to better hearing.
Awareness is also being raised among children, with toy manufacturer American Girl releasing a doll that wears a hearing aid, which they named their “Girl of the Year.”
